The subject of Engineering Mathematics is an integral part of the course curriculum of bachelor of Engineering/Technology (BE/BTech) Programmes of All Indian Universities, and is taught in first and/or second semester(s). The present state of teaching and learning of Mathematics is not that encouraging. A lot has to be done on both the fronts.
